About
30 years of building, failing, learning, and delivering. Not a consultant who theorizes — a builder who ships.

My father asked me when I was 14: "What problem will you solve?" I didn't understand then. Programming itself seemed like the challenge. Now, 30 years later, I finally get it — it's never about the code, it's about solving the problem.
In 1995, I founded Visionutveckling — an IT services company that grew into telecom solutions. I chose Delphi as my development tool, an outsider choice prioritizing function over popularity. This approach would define my entire career.
Through the telecom industry, we scaled from consultants to product company, reaching 85 employees before the first exit. Along the way, I learned that understanding the entire chain — from problem to payment — matters more than any technical expertise alone.
Post-exit, I explored. Digital marketing. Hospitality. Platform development. Some ventures succeeded, others taught expensive lessons. I invested significant capital in visualization tools that solved problems customers didn't want solved.
The failures taught me more than the successes. Technical excellence without market understanding is just an expensive hobby.
When OpenAI released Whisper in 2022, something clicked. An old idea about transcribing conversations suddenly became possible. Combined with 25 years of note-taking and mind-mapping, I saw the potential clearly.
Today, I train senior developers and organizations in AI-assisted development. Not theory — hands-on work with real code, real results. Validated 4-5x productivity improvements. Led a 4-month AI transformation of a development department in India — 50% fully adopted. Systems that move from pilot to production, where 87% of AI initiatives fail.
